Vincent Pena ,David Ryan ,The DaVinny Code, The DaVinny Code is a lie that will CHEAT and SCAM you out of your money Miami Florida

Unfortunately the other day, (on the 30th of January 2009) I actually fell victim to this scam that I actually bought into... The guy's name was Vincent Pena... The website is www.thedavinnycode.com

I downloaded the PDF report and went through it.
You would actually be very surprised at the amount of time this scammer has put into writing a convincing sales letter.

Well, I signed up for the $120 he asked for...

But when I had signed up I came across an astonishing truth... This guy called "Vincent Pena" is actually the certified online scammer called David (or Dave) Ryan.

Well if you simply typed in "David Ryan scam" into google you would come across a few sites where people have complained about his scam tactics, including Ripoff Report

I personally came across this guy about 3 years ago, but I never bought any of his products because they all sounded to good to be true, plus I did my research on him...

Well to my astonishment the same guy is behind this latest scam but this time by the alias of "Vincent Pena" claiming to be an ex Wall Street trader.

He promised that the initial $125 payment comprised of $100 deposit plus an additional $25 admin fee. Every month paying $45 thereafter.

One interesting thing is the fact that when my credit card was charged for $125 I noticed that it would be charged $45 in 3 days time!

Well once I logged onto to the "member site" I saw that it is really tacky and lacks alot of what was promised in the sales letter. Even the promise that you "don't need to study anything" goes down the drain as he makes you download 3 PDF's immediately to go through.

I've been trying to get my refund back since... but to no avail...
He doesn't reply my emails and hasn't left any phone number.
He has obviously upped and left and is on the trail to find more victims.

Please DON'T BE FOOLED. He promises alot but does not deliver...

I hope this man is brought to justice, as I am aware that he has scammed hundreds if not potentially thousands of people.

It's sad that this man is taking money from decent, innocent, hard-working individuals who only want to have a better life for themselves and family.

Well, I just wanted to report this to you, because I've been stung and hurt.
