JCS ENTERPRISES JOHN SWAIN Company lies to its customers saying that they won a prize and all they have to do is a hotel tour , when what really happens is presurring time share sales . LACONIA, New Hampshire

I was told that the company represents Wyndhem hotels and is notifying me that I won a prize. All I have to do is take a tour of the hotel and then from their I would get thousands of dollars in free travel tickets etc. The company out right lied. They want to sell time shares and have not disclosed these intentions . They outright lie , I spoke to Shane Perkins and his presentation led me to believe that I had one some amazing prize. Stay away from this company , they are liars.

It is True that the Sales People at JCS are LIARS!

Any rebuttal by employees either current or previouls defending JCS and stating that they don't say you have won a contest are completely false and they are blaintant liars. As recently as yesterday June 30, 2018 I have experienced this first hand, here is an excerpt from my complaint to the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire:

"I was contacted by JCS several weeks ago and was told that I had "won one of the most valuable prizes" from a drawing at the Sarasota Home Show. This was a 3 day 2 night trip to anywhere in the continental US, including hotel and airfare, also included in the package was a "one night getaway" in Kissimmee, FL at a 3 str hotel. The only requirement was to sit through a 2 hour vacation package presentation that would have "absolutely no pressure" to purchase.

I was email a confirmation for this hotel stay to be on June 30, 2018. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we needed to drive to another desination for the presentation, the 2 hour presentation turned into a 5 hour sales pitch.

Upon returning to the hotel, after missing lunch and even getting late for dinner, we decided to pick up our "prizes" and check into the hotel prior to dinner. It is a good thing we did this as the "Welcome Center" at the hotel informed us that JCS that they were sold out for the night of June 30; JCS NEVER notified us of this ..." 

To make a long story short we had to drive back home in the night, after driving there for a day long grewling session and turned back not even to get our nights stay in Kissimmee.

I should have checked the very numerous complaints against JCS prior to booking this and encourage anyone considering any offer from them to hang up as soon as you hear those three toxic letters.

As a former New Englander I am embarrased that such low lifes polute our environment and good name.

  • First off I would like to state that I'm a former employee with JCS.  We are trained to clearly state that you have not won anything.  People are selected for a promotional tour of certain Wyndham facilities.  If you state "So I've won." We are trained to promp you with "This is indeed a great value but I want you to know this is not a winning its a promotion." 

  • I would personally take my complaint up not with the company but with the employee if you were lead to believe this is a winning.  We state that there is no high pressure to join or buy anything because that is what we're told your experience is going to be like. 

  • Please realize that this is a call center and are working as a middle man.

  • If you were put in a high pressure situation please file a complaint with the Wyndham facility that you toured.  

  • I've had customers ask me before specifically.  "Is this a time share." We are trained to tell you the truth.  I stated yes we are a time share and we are interested in selling you a time share but you're not obligated to we do hope that you will atleast recommend us to your friends and family.  If you've had a bad experience I appologise.

  • Also thousands of dollars in free travel tickets.  Again I can tell you what we're trained to say and we have to say these things.  You've been selected for 4 round trip airfare tickets good up to 25 popular destinations.  The tickets are designed to use two airline tickets at a time for two seperate trips. They are valued up to  $4,500 dollars depending on where you decide to fly to because obviously if you decide to travel outside of the continental US you're going to be getting that high value.  If you choose to travel within the US that cost does go down significantly. 

  • I'm sorry for the confusion which is why at the end we ask you if you have any questions or if we weren't clear about anything. We're more than happy to answer your questions and set you on the right path.

I was told that I would tour the hotel and that's all I needed to do . I knew from past experience that time share sales would come up . I asked the employee several times , what do I need to do to redeem my gift . His response : you will tour the hotel. The truth is that there will be a sales pitch on time shares. 

Simply put that is a lie . There is no way out . There is no where to go . Worst of all is the fact that this company is unapologetic and I'm not the only one with concerns . The question is : will JCS listen to its customers and restructure it's business model or fail to do and follow the beaten path ?

I am sick and tired of seeing the previous post belittle our reputation. Therefore, I, an internal employee, will tell you how it really works behind the scenes (further complaints need not apply, this post will explain why this guy is complaining).

-Have you ever been to a mall, restaurant, festival, or expo, and fill out an entry form to win something? When you fill out that entry form, you are agreeing to be notified via phone and/or email about your prize and other prize oppertunites (in this case, free airfare). That is how you are being called in the first place.

Upon the phone call, the customer is informed that their entry form has been selected for an airline package (4 free round-trip airline vouchers). Selections are based off of qualifications, in which I will explain shortly. Now this is actually an incredible vacation discount, which is saving you approximately $3600-$6000 in airfare.

Now where and how do you get these gifts? We work for a number of resorts that pay us to bring people to them. They need a reputation just like any other company, so when you go to the resort to pick up your package, you are absolutely going to be brought through a timeshare presentation. Fortunately for you, JCS Enterprise does not represent any other company that is going to destroy its own reputation. All the resorts that we represent do not rely on high-pressure sales tactics to sell anything. How do we know? Because we have staff here that have personally been through the presentations, going anonymously with other people that were touring, to see the experience. No pressuring sales tactics involved. -In fact, it's quite the opposite. You are toured through what they have to offer, and shown an excellent time while doing so. At the end of the tour, if you like their membership, you will be offered a special guest rate to join. If not, they shake your hand, thank you kindly for coming, and still hand you your airline package. 

To attend the tour you must meet certain promotional qualifications in which that particular resort sets. Qualifications include: age, income, U.S. Citizenship, and owning a major credit card/debit/or a checkbook (Most resorts require you to bring a major credit card, just in case you do see something that you like and want to buy into. The credit card never leaves your wallet otherwise). If you meet the qualifications, the JCS representative will find the best day and time that you'd like to go. Now if you don't meet one of the qualifications, you can still get your package - you'll just need to go with someone that meets those qualifications. These qualifications are based off of what a certain bracket of people are more likely to buy into a membership. Even if you do qualify, you're still not required to buy anything to recieve your gifts.

These promotional gifts are a win/win for both you and the resort. They get exposure, you get your airfare tickets for showing up. They also try to make it worth your while by showing you a good time while you're there, in hopes that you'll spread the word about them, and maybe stay with them in the future.

Now the guy that posted before me probably didn't qualify, or simply didn't believe Shane. Most representatives are fired for lack of production, not bringing in enough tours because of people's lack of understanding. Sure, there are a ton of scams out there, we know that. That's why we pride ourselves in our honesty, and JCS never lies to anyone over the phone. In fact, we read from scripts that we legally have to go over with you. We tell you what you're getting, how to use it, and what to expect.

JCS Enterprise is an honest, friendly, and hardworking company.
