Almost Diamonds - Almostdiamonds.com No contact about return Internet

I ordered a ring from this company Dec 30, 2009. When i received the ring it was too big, so I went through the exchange process and got the return # quick. My UPS tracking number says that the ring was received back to this "business" Jan 18, 2010 and was signed by a lady at the front desk. So I decided to email them and ask when i would be credited back the amount of the ring so that I could replace the one that I returned. No answer, so I've sent 2 more emails and called twice with no answer or responds. Today is Jan 27, granted its only been 2 weeks, why not answer my emails and phone calls? Especially after reading all the other things about this company I'm very disappointed!! I paid with PayPal so hopefully if I get no respond from Almost Diamonds, I will get something out of PayPal.
