I had a business arrangement with Elena, I gave Elena an average of $2800 per month from February 2008 to October 2008 to develop and create jewelry designs for a new jewelry business being created. That amounts to $25,200. 

I was surprised that in return I only received about 24 pencil drawn jewelry designs. That's $1050 per design in a format that is unuseable for production. For a jewelry designer without a market name, even really good pay is $100 per design. 

I'm claiming fraud for $22,800. Because of this, the business could never get off the ground and I had to close it up before even getting started. 

Requesting proper refund or delivery of appropriate number of designs has been met with complete resistance and total refusal.

There was no fraud. The claim about Elena Buchkovskaya and her company, Designs by Elena is a falsification, bullying and slander. The man who wrote it, how it turned out, was abscessed with Elena and thought if he would work with her, things will change. Elena
thought of it as business and treated is as business, and nothing more. The business meetings were made strictly in cafes and jewelry stores. No one was fooling him- he wanted the drawings, saying that the jeweler will figure it out and do the rest, but stopped doing business with Elena Buchkovskaya when he found out that she had a boyfriend.. How's that for performing ethical business arrangement!

Now he's all angry and want revenge...

The drawings Elena provided can and were used by jewelry makers and has an estimated price of $1000-$2000 per piece. The jewelry designs were made in gold and silver.

See attached image with just a few jewerly pieces Elena Buchkovskaya's Designs by Elena made.

Elena should sue him for harassment and slander.
