Alias, 'Loser Doug' Kaplan, pretends to have access to the leading directors and executives in the fashioned industry.

Sources confirm, Douglas Kaplan has neither access to, nor connections to any leading directors and/or executives in the fashion industry. According to one source, 'Loser Doug' Kaplan has lost millions of dollars in the fashion industry. A leading fashion industry executive said in reference to Douglas Kaplan, quote, "Deluded."

According to one source, 'Loser Doug' Kaplan has lost millions of dollars of his family's, the Ando family's and investors money. A family member said, quote, - "Doug's an Idiot." ('Loser Doug,' Kaplan is married to the daughter of a wealthy Japanese industrialist, - Asako Ando from Kyushu, Japan.) Sources confirm, that within two months of their marriage Asako returned to live in Japan.  Asako lives in Tokyo, Japan and 'Loser Doug,' lives in Newark, New Jersey.

Sources confirm, Douglas Kaplan, habitually files frivolous lawsuits against any and every one, including his own family.  Apparently, 'Loser Doug,' Kaplan files lawsuits any and every time, he loses money speculating in the securities markets, real estate markets and in the fashion industry. Sources confirm, Douglas Kaplan, has consistently committed felony perjury, felony harassment and felony extortion by filing false criminal complaints. 

The Securities and Exchange Commission, ('SEC'), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, ('FBI'), are currently conducting investigations into Douglas Kaplan's abuse of, and the manipulation of the U.S. Justice system to extort funds from investment firms and executives.
