Ds Blingy Things i paid for item, she failed to deliver, she lied about where it was, then refused to refund until i reported her, then bashed me on her page Internet, Internet

I bought a ring off Ds Blingy Things on Jan. 7th. Last week she told me and another lady that our things had been sent.  Over the weekend I started aksing where my ring was.  SHe never asnswered.  Today (Jan. 23) when I asked, she said SHE hadn't received it yet and it hasn't even been shipped out to me yet.



When I reminded her that she told me last week tha it had been shipped to me, her story started changing every 5 seconds.  I finally asked for a refund and she said no.  Not until she got the ring. I told her I was reporting her to paypal.  she refunded my money before I could even get the report sent.



I also reported ehr to facebook as being a scam business because she didn't send the item I purchased.  So to me she is a scam business.  Her story kept changing.  She couldn't bother to look up where my item was and had no idea what was going on with it.  It was just a bunch a bull and run arounds.



She then went on to bash me on her page.  I'm sorry but if you have bad business ecthics, no professionalism, and don't deliver the goods I pay for I am going to ask for a refund and report you.  Plain and simple.  She has left a very bad taste in my mouth for buying online and I don't think I'll be doing it again.



And to think I used to consider her a friend.  And she's using her dad being sicka s an excuse for poor business managment and ethics. I understand her dad being sick and her being distracted.  But thats no need for rudness, lies, and items not being delivered.
