I will NEVER shop there again OR have any of my rings sized or stones remounted there!!!!!!!!
They "remounted" my 3 stone diamond ring, poor workmanship, there was soddering marks all over the heads. I could not even wear the ring out in public. I had sat there waiting ("while you wait") for almost 4 hours. They told me to come back the following week to fix it. NO WAY!!
The biggest mistake I made is putting a stop payment on the check. They almost had me arrested! It was a consumer dispute. So now I have to pay them for what??? I have nothing to show for it! Just the hacked up setting. They won't even take back the setting!
BEWARE of them! I DO NOT recommend R I Diamond Remount Center!!! I'll see them in small claims court!!

I have been shopping there for over fifteen years. I work in law enforcement and have many brother officers shopping there as well. David is a true professional in the craft. In dozens of transactions with numerous individuals all have thanked me for introducing them to the business and many have returned for future services.

I have been working with RI Diamond Remount Center for over 20 years. I have them do all of my customers repair work including hundreds of remounts. I have never had a single complaint on any of the work done.
They will often take on difficult jobs even when they know it might not look good (from a style standpoint) because they want to do what the customer asks them to do.
They have been at this longer than anyone else and dozens of large and small jewelers bring their work here. They would not have survived for 30 years if they did work as this complainer claims.
These are trustworthy professional jewelers and the quality of their work is second to none.
