I had some condensation in Citizen Eco Drive. I also needed it to be overhauled since I have had this watch for 5 years. I did my research and send my watch to Watch Repairs USA. They send me a quote which I accepted. The quote stated 4-6 weeks to repair.....may take longer.
6 weeks goes by I contacted them via their live chat, They told me it was almost done and that they would send a tracking number when it was ready.
Well another 6 weeks goes by, no answer no e-mail stating why they still had my watch. I sent them an e-mail and I get a nasty little response back from their customer service department. Shortly after that I get a response saying that their parts department was restructured and my watch would be move to priority.
Well 6 weeks goes by and i finally get my watch back...its not set to the right time and barely looked like it worked. They stated I would get a new stem and crown and they did not even replace that. i just took it to a local jewler and he fixed it for me free of charge.
18 Weeks of waiting for a simple repair....are you kidding me?? Are they busy or just lazy and incompetent...no wonder business in America is failing. Do not use this company
