Zales ruined my Wedding Ring Spokane Washington

My wedding ring was ruined by Zales. I bought it in Las Vegas when I was down there with my husband. We picked it out together and nothing could ever replace that time we spent. I have been with my husband at the time for 9 years, since we were 17, and this was very special. The ring was very inexpensive, but ment the world to me.

When we returned home to Spokane, WA I visited the Northtown Mall location for the check ups. The first two went okay. A week before I was due for another I noticed one of the tiny diamonds on the band had fallen off. I took it in to get it replaced. When I picked up the ring from the diamonds being replaced I noticed they had re-engraved the words on the inside of the band. The read Past Present Future. There was no reason to re-engrave, but it was still done.

The engraving now read PPast Present was very off center and Future and an extra ture at the end. I of course brought the ring back again to have this problem fixed. When I picked it up another week later I immediatley noticed the problems still there on the engraving part.

I asked her to take it back to fix it again when she told me she could, but if they sand it too many times the ring would be ruined. This made me very angry. This is my one and only wedding ring. She then assured me the extra letters would just rub off. Which 3 months later it has not at all.

I told her I was taking the ring without signing for it. She insisted I had to, so I signed my name and not satisfied in big bold print. So even if they were to offer me a ring to replace the one they totally screwed up I would not want it. They have completley ruined it forever! Nothing can replace the time spent in Las Vegas together picking out the ring and I will not rest untill they get better professionals that can do there job!
