Before ordering I called them and asked them some questions about the 2 rings (ER52N ($399) and ET108 ($299). What size stone was in ER52N ring and does ET108 match the other ring. I was told a 2 karat cz was in ER52N and that ET108 matched the other ring. So I ordered the 2 rings from czplatinum.com. The 1st time they arrived I noticed the 1st ring was a round setting with a princess cut stone in it. (The preverbial square peg in the round hole ring). The other ring did not match the other as I was told they did. I called and they sent me an email with an agreement that I had to agree with in order to get a return authorization #. Sent ring back.

Got 2 rings back. 1st. ER52N was in worse shape than when I sent it back to them. The cut the princess stone to make it fit into the mounting that can I only describe as having been forced to have a square mounting from a round one, but now with sharp edges. 2nd ring. ET108 ($299) was exchanged for another ring JA08 ($349). They charged me an additional $100 for this exchange. I sent the 1st ring back ER52N along with the digital photos I took of this ring which no longer had the stone in it. The other one looked fine for almost 1 week when the stones started falling out of it.

I called to send this ring back too and asked for a refund on both rings. I was told that there would not be any refunds or exchanges on either of these two rings and that they were sorry ER53N had made it past QC. Kevin who claimed to be the designer of the ring ER52N talked to me, told me he would call me at 10am CA Time to tell me the results of their decision regarding my request for a refund. He never called. Now they have 1 ring ER52N and I have 1 ring JA08 with missing stones. I can't send this JA08 ring back because they will refuse to accept it from the Post Office. I am having no luck getting back my $815 I have that photos of both rings and so do they. If you would like to have them I will send them to ripoffreport.com

Still no refund or ring

I have called czplatinum.com several times and been told my ring would be sent out but it has never arrived. Czplatinum.com have not refunded my money either. No real surprise that they have not responded to this RIP-OFF REPORT.

READ THE RETURN POLICY Our company does not have set stone sizes

Number one: Our company does not have set stone sizes; the consumer chooses stone shape and size.

Number 2: Melissa signed an agreement saying that she understood that our policy states only one return/exchange. After that there are life long repairs. If we sent faulty merchandise we are more than happy to resend correct or fixed merchandise.If Kevin promised to call you and didn't we will talk to him as we do not condone that type of behavior here.

Please understand if you sign an agreement and the courts will keep you to it then so will we, if you don't mean what you sign, don't sign it. It is our job to post up the policies, as a consumer it is your job to read them. If you don't I am sorry but we cannot and will not be held responsible.

Melissa, if you would like, you can call us and get a repair merchandise authorization number and we will fix the rings for you. Contact Tassie I knowtified her of the situation and she would be more than happy to help you. She is one of the supervisors here and is one of the best cust care reps we have. We will have to send you out another agreement stating that it is only for repairs not a refund, you will have to agree and we will fix the rings for you.

I still Do not have my ring?

Cz Platinum replied, but they still have my ring. Repairs? What a laugh! A new ring is not supposed to need repairs. A new ring is supposed to be perfect!!! The ring you sent is was not perfect. You have the ring back and claimed you were remaking the ring for me months ago and I still do not have it back. You either send me a ring that is PERFECT or you send my money back, its that simple. You can not keep the ring and my money too!!!

You committed fraud using the US Mail when you sent the ring in that condition to me. The post master general has been notified and a judgement will stick across the country. This ring is not what you promised on your website. Sending faulty merchandise through the US mail is a felony offense no matter what your company return policy is.
