After purchasing several times from this vendor and spending large sums of money, the one time I needed to exchange an item, they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee.  The item that I purchased was a piece of jewelry that was NOT custom made, DID NOT come in a sealed bag or box and could have easily been re-sold. 
Instead of preserving a returning customer they slammed me with a 20% restocking fee.  I warn all consumers interested in purchasing from Elisa Ilana or their websites: http://www.pancharmbracelets.com and http://www.elisailana.com.  They are only there to take your money, offer terrible customer service and could care less about losing customers.
