I was going to enter the Jewelry Design Contest for JTV. When reading the contest rules I came across a sentence that reads "All entries/designs, drawings become the sole property of Jewelry Television, and none will be returned."I noticed it did not say "All winning entries/designs, etc".

I called JTV Customer Service and asked if I was reading the rules correctly? If I submit a design, even if I am not a winner, JTV owns my design. I was told by Customer Service that I was correct. I can't believe that anyone would enter this contest if they have read the rules.

What a ripoff, with the money JTV makes on selling jewelry they need to cheat people?
