I ordered two watches for my wife's birthday over three weeks ago.  They charged my credit card, however, I have not received the product.

I have called them five times - on their non-toll free number - I left my call back number four times and talked to them once. I was told that the products had been sent to me two weeks ago and I was given a USPS tracking number.  The USPS says the "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" in other words, the shipment has not been shipped.

These people will not return a phone call or answer an email.

I have contacted my credit card company and I am filing a request for a refund.  These people are not honest.

Do yourself a favor and find another store to deal with - lookrichforless.com is a ripoff!!
