my geneva watch, Geneva watch is a rip off Glendale, California

 I was browsing the web, when I saw an add advertising Geneva Watches. The add said " Would you purchase an item that sold for $80.00 if you could buy it for $4.00". It went on to say ," Geneva watch was offering a one time deal of high quality watches for the one time price of $4.99. All that was needed was to give your card number and street address and your name and the watch would be sent in 4 to five business days. At first I decided that this was a ripoff , but was assured by the person in the text message that all was legitimate and there would only be a one time charge of $3.99 plus 1 dollar shipping and handling. I told the person doing the texting that I did not want to see and anothe charge on my bank billing statement later. I was told again that this was a one time charge.

A few days later someone repersenting Geneva Watch call to try to solicit money for magazines and credit card protection, witch I refused to do. Again I made it clear that I did not want to see any other charges on my card except the one time charge of $4.99 for the watch. Again I was assured that this would be the only charge. Today ,February 3rd 2010, I checked my bank statement and there's a charge of $88.99 . I was lied to twice and then a third time. Now Geveva Watch is claming that they never talked to me nor did anyone repersenting their company. I am now trying to get my money refunded. The battery on the watch died the second day. I think it should be know that this company and their repersentives are rip offs and liars. I also think that they should not be allowed to cheat the public and lie to get away with it.
