Once again Zales has ripped me off with a faulty piece of jewelry!! For the second time in as many years a diamond has fallen out of my circle diamond pendant. Funny thing is they just inspected it in Feb. HMMMM I wear this necklace maybe 3 times per month. I am so sick of this and don't know how to deal with them. The manager has refused to give us her district managers number, she says she handle it. She's not very friendly and should be fired!

Also my mother's ring that the stones have fallen out 3 times, has been fixed. They said in order to make it right that i could exchange this ring for another and they would pay the difference. I want to keep my ring and they should have to give me the warranty since the one I payed for is about to expire! (thank goodness we purchased it!!) I am so tired of dealing with this company!
