Zales Jewelry ripoff had rolex watch repaired for stopping all the time, paid $546.00 for repair and watch still stops running Newington Mall Newington, Portsmouth New Hampshire

On May 5th 2006 I took my rolex watch in for repair at Zales Jewelrys. Watch keep stopping every few hours, paid $546.00 for repair. Got it back with a 90 day guarantee.

On Aug 24 2006 the watch was still not running right. 2 weeks before the guarantee ran out it stopped running again.

Took it back to zales and they sent it to their repair man he stated he wore it and it ran allright.

Got it back and the first night I had it on the watch kept stopping every few hours. Took watch back Aug 21 2006 and on one of the receipts the sales girl wrote another 90 days on receipt, so I through I had another 90 days.

The store manager said that the guarantee ran out, and I was not covered anymore. The watch never worked since the first day I had them work on it and now I am out the $546.00.

As far as I am concerned I now beleive that the repairman never did repair the watch in the first place, justed cleaned it and oiled it they told me
