I ordered a mother's Ring from Zales on April 24, 2010 and on May 17 i  inquired as to where my order was. Their respose is the ring i ordered is out of stock and not sure as to when it would be instock again, Then i emailed back as to why i was NEVER informed of this. Then there responce was this item is a sold out item and they took more orders than they had ring avalible. So what the hell Now they have all my credit card info stored and No ring ...  So if they ever decide to get this ring they have the right to charge my card. I am so upset and will never shop at zales again and have to cancel my card and wait on a new one to arrive not to mention No Mother's Ring for Mother's day.  They sure made my first Mother's Day special.  So Upset ....
