I too filed a report on ACE at ripoff report. they are a 666 junkyard with devil worshiping freemasons out of georgia(OWNERS). they are in business for the sole purpose of serving evil and being purposely dishonest as a loyal servant of LUCIFER. what junk yard do you know ask for a stupid ID card just to get in? or demands to know what exact part you need to go pull? or has to give you a print out sheet before you enter, and refuses to sell you parts without this same print out even if you already pulled the parts. see google and type ace pick a part, they have 12 negative reviews. they have another fake name they go by call u-pull-it to decieve people they are another junkyard in town. google u-pull-it and see to different companys, the bottom one is ace. they removed there street sign in order to pull off this scam. so they use two names. ace pick a part/u-pull-it.
In Nov 2009 they advertise a fake/false all you can carry sale for $74.99 where people could so call pull as much as they can carry. they didnt have a fine print until you went to the front window. i can remember growing up as a kid in tampa and the junk yards there all charged $29.95 for one day out of the year when they had all you can carry sales. ace pick a part(LUCIFERS JUNKYARD) charges CORES on all parts during there sales, meaning $74.99 would be about $300 in CORES alone. its a shame that they had to even call a jso officer while you were out there. people must have made threats to blow there heads off after all that work only to get SCREWED OVER.
On dec 3, I had a encounter out there which will ban me from ever going out there again. (LIKE A HONESTLY CARE). i entered yard and lets just say i exited with fat pockets when i went out the gate(WHICH WAS RELEASE TO ME I MIGHT AD). i was illegally chased to my car and told i better open my pockets. knowing the laws sense im a license security officer, i refused. i told the old woman and the guy they had no right to check a persons pockets without a sign posted that they do such a thing, plus they LEGALLY have to see a person pocket a part that they didnt possibly already bring in the yard. i kept on right to my car, the big guy demanded me to open my pockets. he puts his foot under my 89 saab 900 turbo(SUPER HEAVY STEEL TANK!!) and tries to get me to confess that i stole something. he yelled to not back over his foot or i will go to jail. i know the LAWS i back right over his foot with my rear left tire. the idiot punched my window and made a fool of himself when he realised he couldnt break it. i just drove right out the gate with MY TOOLS IN MY PANTS POCKETS as i dont like to carry tool boxes anymore. about ten people witness this whole thing that thursday evening. there is nothing they can do to me!! heck i even went to see the MJ movie on its last day after that incident.
I have been shopping at junk yards for years and nothing ever prepared me for that experience. if i was such a theif dont you think i would be smart enough not to do it at a junk yard that gets your ID CARD before you enter.DUHH!! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS PEOPLE. if you take something from a junkyard (THATS IF), you wont be arrested unless you confess to taking it intentionally. people bring in parts by accident all the time to compare parts. a junk yard is under the authority of the EPA which strips them of all RIGHTS and gives you the people the right to a clean healthy environment!! junkyards cant sell catalic converters and other emission parts just to name a few. also any merchant that sells second hand goods must establish A BURDEN OF PROOF that you took something after you exited. this can be a security camera(which most dont have) or a employee watched you take something or a price marked on a item. also the employee/witness must tell the law inforcement officer what they saw you take in detail before they pat you down. NEVER confess to a junkyard theft. they have no rights period like the dept stores have with barcoded checkouts and such. these dirty nasty filthy junkyards that kill our wildlife, rain forest, planet HAVE ZERO RIGHTS unless a subject confess to taking a item or you break in after hours(burgalury). if a item is ever found during a search just say you brought it in. worst case senario the cop will ask you to pay for parts or leave it BUT HE CANT ARREST YOU UNLESS the parts are price marked, barcoded, or a person/camera saw you pocket something in a yard. THATS THE LAW NATIONWIDE in most states, " a merchant must see you take a item in order to hold you for theft". ask any lawyer. now dept stores are different if you buss a alarm when you leave and dont have a reciept, you are liable for shoplifting. but a nasty junk yard has no rights unless you break in, a witness sees you take something, a camera sees you take something. 99% of all prosecuted junkyard cases are break ins after hours.meaning unless you cave in and confess to something that no one saw, FINDERS KEEPERS!!!
disclaimer: i in no way am trying to encourage the act of shoplifting or stealing. in fact 95% of merchants out here are genuine, fair, to the point business'es. but unfortunately there is that 5% of the dishonesty pie such as ACE PICK A PART IN jacksonville FL. they are 100% dishonest with there customers and just like the devil, theres no truth in them. they tell you one price at the counter then will you bust your rear end pulling parts all day long you get to checkout and find out its ten times what they quoted you???? they make you scan your ID card before you enter(mark of beast)?? you cant even buy parts without a printout sheet at exit?? this is a evil junk yard and if a person can successfully walk in a pocket small item/items and walk out the exit GOOD FOR THEM. this yard deserves no respect. and remember you cant be charged unless you confess or a camera/witness sees it. now all other 95% merchants/business out there deserve honestly and anyone taking items from them SHOULD be prosicuted!! as a certified security guard for FL and AZ i back those 95% honest merchants out there. EYE FOR A EYE!!
NEVER SHOP AT ACE PICK A PART PEOPLE. DONT FEED THE BEAST. FORCE THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!
