Auto Trakk And Hummer Of Novi, Michigan Leased me a lemon of a car Montoursville Pennsylvania

Auto Trakk and Hummer of Novi, Michigan were more than willing (pushing me) to lease a 2005 Chrylser PT Cruiser because of past credit issues I was having at the time. The vehicle that I signed a contract for came with an extended warranty as the original warranty was no longer valid.
I have had possession of this vehicle for 9 months and I have already had to pay out over $2,000.00 for vehicle repairs, which I am told by my Chrysler dealership were already an issue before obtaining the vehicle. (Funny how the dealership that sold me this lemon doesn't deal with fixing Chrysler vehicles since they are a Hummer dealership). Should have been my first clue that this was going to be BAD!
Certainly the extended warranty that I am FORCED to pay for in order for me to lease the vehicle does not, and has not, covered any of these problems. And, the inconvienence of not having a car while this piece of shit is being repaired again is a huge blow.
I am paying $350.00 a month to lease the vehicle and $200.00 a month in insurance payments. The added monies that I have had to put out in order for my vehicle to work have made this a huge RIPOFF for me.
According to the dealer whom leased me the vehicle, I have another 15 months of this BS to deal with before my lease is over. However, according to Auto Trakk, I have another 39 months before the lease is over.
I am fuming mad that I am having to FIX all of these problems with this vehicle with my own money and then they expect me to return the car to them at the end of the lease in tiptop shape so that they car sell it to somebody else.
I am very much at the point now of thinking of just dropping the car off at the original dealership that leased me this piece of shit and telling them to deal with it. I will purchase a vehicle elsewhere and then I will file bankruptcy so that Auto Trakk won't be able to get any more money from me.
Sounds like a real good plan to me!

I am at the end of my lease period with Auto Trakk and purchased my vehicle from Varsity Lincoln in Novi.
The problems you are experiencing are 100% the dealerships problems and not Auto Trakk. Auto Trakk simply sets forth criteria that the car must meet in terms of age/miles. The quality of the vehicle is the dealerships responsibility.
I have had a few minor non-warranty repairs, as you will with any used car. Otherwise, I visit my dealer once a year for my lease inspection/free oil change and have had zero problems.
Next time you purchase a vehicle, regardless of whom the lender is, it's important to know the quality of the car, and the service policy of the dealership. There are many other Auto Trakk dealers in Metro-Detroit that could have provided you with a similar vehicle that they will service.
Good Luck!
