Car Palace Inc. Lemon Auto Sales Stole My $20,000.00 after signing agreement Jamaica, New York

I went to go buy a 2008 BMW M3 from them that I found on Cars.com. Already being nervous because the car was in Jamaica Queens, NY. After getting there they were just as shady as i hoped they wouldn't be. Feeling I was getting such a good deal on the car I couldn't pass it up. I bought the car and went home with it. The next day brought it to BMW for a certified inspection and find out there is $9k+ in damages on the car. I immediately brought the car back and asked for a refund. They made it incredibly difficult and gave my attorney the run around with not giving their last names or who is in charge. Some of the biggest frauders ever. After signing an agreement to pay me back with my attorney they gave me a check and 7 days later the checked was put on "Stop Payment". Now they have the car, and my money and I have to sue to get anything back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They also go by Lemon Auto Sales as well.

They claimed I put sugar in the motor and had to deduct 4k dollars from my deposit which was a total lie. For the sake of saving time in court and more attorney fee;s my attorney settled for minus $2,000 after signing agreement saying we did not do any of the damage but will take 18k from the 20k total to save more attorney fee's. Also Found out Lemon auto sales is separate company who actually just did the financing and was very nice and cancelled financing on the car without question.
