my name is tawana, my husband and i purchased and oldsmobile 88 (97 model) in 2006 because of our credit we decided to go to this place that advertised what they could do for us.

we got there on a saturday morning around 9am and left about 4pm. it was a ripoff because we were financed for a 97 car with 85thousand miles on it, for 10,000.

we were told that you couldnt just purchase any of there cars, they had to be financed. the car was messed up when we purchased it, i had to keep taking it back to the dealership and they kept saying oh' theres nothing wrong with the car.

the car would put so bad once it got to 40 miles and the abs light would not go off for nothing, they never fixed the electric locks as promised, they kept saying they are waiting on the part.

the customer service was terrible, they called all references if the payment was late for one day they called references first, called my job and got me written up for personal calls. i ended up giving this car back because the brake system that i complained about that had me sliding if i didnt stop the car a mile before the stop light.

the putting that i put up with for all this time was the head gaskets and much more under the hood, the transmission was slipping and i complained about all this almost months after having the car.

The warranty was crap they would try and schedule me based on when my warranty would be out so that i could pay for the cost, they only gave me an oilchange for the 5 visits that i did get, kept saying oh it doesnt mess up when we drive it or the machine said it was fine.

i finally told the vice president of collections to come pick up the car and send me a bill for the balance that you don't get from the next dummy
