A young lady named Emily came my door on November 10, 2010, stating that she was senior at a local Christian high school and was raising money for her school's soccer team. She stated that she had a grandmother that lived in the neighborhood. She was selling children's encyclopedia's and baby books. Seeing as how I am a new grandfather, I went ahead and bought both sets for my granddaughter at $49/set. I wrote her a check to NXCess Sales for $98 and was told to expect the delivery of books before Christmas. My check was cashed on November 24, 2010 by NXCESS Sales, LLC with an account number of 768533242 and I have not received any books. I sent an email to the company about my concerns of not receiving any product around December 15. I have yet to receive any feedback about my concern or any products. In addition they sold my name and address to a mailing service. I am receiving credit card applications to my name at the address where the books were to be sent.
