Shirestone Custom Countertops Counterfit Systems Franchaise Scam & Defective Products w/ Safety Issues Nixa, Missouri

   I am not family, friend, or invested client of the Shirestone company, but I am a satisfied customer of Sierra StyleStone LLC, of Reno, NV that installed the Shirestone in my kitchen. 

   We had our entire kitchen redone with Shirestone covering all the countertops and the entire backsplash, and it looks fantastic.  I have to admit that within a week after the job was completed, I put a small gouge in the top of the island. This was a mistake on my part because I put something sharp on the counter top before it was fully hardened to its maximum, which I understand takes about one month. 

   After calling Sierra StyleStone and advising what I had done, they responed within a couple days to repair the gouge and reseal the entire island top.  The spot is no longer visible and the total job is still fantastic and I forsee no reason why it won't remain that way.  If fact, we are looking at having them do our fireplace front and mantel in Shirestone.

   So I can not speak as to what kind of company Shirestone is, but I can say that if all their dealers were as professional and competent and concerned with customer satisfaction as the people of Sierra StyleStone, there would be ZERO complaints filed against Shirestone with Ripoff Reports.

We are not friend nor family or invested client either and yet we feel as others do that this product is a sound investment.  We had a bar installed in our new addition and had the Shirestone product installed by the professional staff at Sierra Stylestone LLC of Reno, NV.  We were so impressed with the product and the processes they used to create our own unique countertop that we had them come back and do our outside grill and firepit countertops which have been exposed to 100 plus to minus 10 degrees since they were installed and still look like the day they were finished.  We are also having this same product installed for seating and tables for our outside lounging area.  This product has been in our house for a year and has been everything advertised and the staff at Sierra Stylestone LLC have been nothing but professional and a joy to work with.
