Dear Consumer,
I am not the kind of person to go out of my way to bash companies about how poor they are etc... But i have to make an effort to let consumers know about this company before they get screwed over. Homecenter.com really screwed me over and screwed my project up by not being able to deliver. The only thing they are able to deliver on is take your money. I don't need to write 5 pages of why you shouldn't shop here because all you have to do is read the other responses. Besides i don't want to waste anymore time on this company. They've already costed me too much and yet they have a hard time giving me back my money. I hope Karma catches up with these guys. All i ask is do your research. Go to the Better Bureau Business website and look at the laundry list on this company. This company is all smoke and mirrors. They look and sound like a big company but when you google their headquarters on google maps you will notice that their shop is as big as your local 7-11. What does that mean? It means this company has 3-4 people working (part-time, family, friends, etc.) and they probably don't get paid well so when you call they are always pissed off and don't care. This company probably doesn't even stock the items at their store. Rule of thumb go with a bigger and/or local business that will stand behind their products. At least you know they are not going to screw you over. In an economy like this local businesses/bigger and reputable businesses will give you a good deal.
P.S. the owner is probably going to rebut this on his blackberry but trust me he's all smoke and mirrors. Someday Karma will catch up with him because of what he's doing and i bet you this company will not last very long (especially at the rate people are complaining about this company).
