This company was suspicious from the get go. I purchased a $700.00 coffee maker. Upon testing the coffee maker, the coffee maker made the coffee warm, not hot. I decided to return the machine since this an awfully expensive item. Needless to say, I contacted the number on my order confirmation sheet. The phone number I called was 800 718-1710. Well, the gentleman that answered the phone did not handle returns and transferred me to the returns department. Needless to say, I had to leave a message. The nightmare began....

I must have called at least ten times and no one called. Finally I had to request a manager and then someone contacted me via email. It took them three days to get me the return instructions. Well, I followed the instructions exactly to the tee and made sure it was properly packaged.

I followed up with a request for an update on the return and lo and behold these guys stated that the coffee maker was damaged in transit. To be honest with you, I sincerely doubt it. Well, with they claimed that they would not only charge me a 15% restocking fee but also for the repairs. Guess what? I have not received any refund at all. I have been emailing them for weeks and no answer. My next step will be the BBB and FTC. These guys are a sham. They are out to stiff you big time. I don't recommend them to anyone. So stay away!!
