Slap Chop Slap Chop slap chop did not perform anything like the TV version and physicaly different than the one being used on TV Internet

i purchased a slap chop kitchen device tried to chop the same food that the tv commercial demonstrated,all the food got stuck in the machine,it did not chop anything at all.Thinking maybe i was doing it wrong I went on the internet finding that i was'nt the only one having chopping problems.Other people had the same problem,food getting stuck in the device.I watched the video many times,I found that the device that vince was using was different than the one I was using.The base were the blades are attached are not the same,my device has a round wide base were the food gets stuck his has none,it is open with no wide base plate.I know my slap chop is a original one it has the slap chop trade mark,with the graty.I feel i have been RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!
