I am embarrased to say that I thought something was not quite right when this company did not have a website or email address. But, I saw a couple of items I wanted so I sent a check for $49.00. This was the last day of January and I have not heard a word and they are enjoying my money. Probably everyone elses.

I would like to get my money back as I believe they are not going to send the products and from what I read on the web, the products are pretty bad.

I have learned a pretty good lesson. I will check the web first if I come across any new company I have never dealt with before. If I had done that, I would not be out $49.00

Starcrest made good on my order. I called, complained, and received all that I ordered. Nothing was expensive to begin with so I was not looking for top quality. I got exactly what I paid for. Their explanation for taking so long in shipping was they were behind.

Go to starcrestonline.com- thats their website- with an 800 number as well. If you still cant find it or this website wont print the website, go to blingo and type up starcrestof california

its about the middle of the page it taks about orders and customer service. Click on that link. iv been there twice already.
