Buyer Beware!!

This company is no good; buy your stuff somewhere else. After two weeks of waiting I finally heard from them to learn that they wanted me to order the same product again.

When Ann from this joke of a company emailed me she told me to stop making threats to cancel my order. What? They are the ones who lost my order in the first place. Anyway, her email was very rude and their customer service is none existent.

Also, if you don't get your order, forget about calling them because they list no number. I wonder why?

No order = No knowledge of customer.

AUTHOR: Village Kitchen - Redding (USA)

Anthony had to wait so long because we had no record of his order in our system. When he contacted us after waiting two weeks, we informed him that his order had somehow gotten messed up when he placed it. We politely asked him to place his order again and apologized for the inconvenience. We also told him that no charges had been posted to his card.

He then became upset and demanded that we either ship his order, or reverse the charges.  We asked him to send us proof of the charges and we would be happy to fix the mistake.  He became even more irate and offensive and said he was going to report us.

We have tried to work with Anthony, but unfortunately he was not willing to listen. We have not been able to find any record of a charge on his card, and no charge-backs from Anthony either. We know this because the order has to exist in the system first, and it has to be physically charged. Neither of those happened.

Anthony, we apologize for the inconvenience you had experienced. But we had no record of your order and that makes it difficult to be aware of it in the first place.
