Barkman Property Management Refused to return rental deposit and no letter to why the were keeping the deposit. Refused to return calls and letters from the attorney Aurora, Colorado

Barkman Property Management Company is a rip off.  The Company did not return my deposit. I did all the right things to get my deposit back.  The house I rented at 19808 E. Linvale Place in Aurora CO was in better shape after I moved out.  I put grass in the back yard.  I spent over $500 in carpet cleaning to clean the carpet they never cleaned when I moved in.  I fixed house the last tenant put into the walls.

The house was move in ready for the next tenant. I made several attempts by pone to get my deposit back.  Barkman's respones was I will pull your file and call you back.  They never called.  My attorney wrote sevel letters as well no respones.  We took them to court still no show.  I think they never attent to give back the deposit.  Most of the clients are of mexian decent they have no means to fight to get a judgement.  The comany is taking people money that does not belong to them.
