Of course, this is an A.K.A. landlord, the original landlord, has totally disappeared, (probably left her) anyway, My wife and I live in one of there several houses that they rent. We've got the Colorado river running through the basement everytime it rains, and water coming out of holes in the inside walls of the basement, in which, the water heater and furnace are located. These problems are only the tip of the iceberg, I will go on later about it. These problems haven't been fixed in 4 years, now that we have reported these problems, to the inspections division, she is evicting us, go figure!

So if you want to rebuttal this go for it, I wrote write back, I will assume that you want to live there...

The refridgerator even went out, (supplied bt the landlord) when the landlord was told it quit, he didn't replace it, or fix it, so we had to purchase another one.

Now this past landlord is seeking $5042.00 for something that not even a P.I. can figure out...Well, This landlord is BANNED from all shows (Elvis Impersonator) that I perform.

Take the refrigerator that you bought and MOVE! You've said that nothing has changed in 4 years, most of us would have found other housing arrangements by now. If you're being evicted, try showing up in court and pleading your case to the judge. If you've got legitimate complaints, I'm sure they'll be addressed there.

Take your refrigerator and go. Since the house failed inspection and the landlord didn't fix it (actually, she told you to leave), she can't enforce the lease or demand money from you. You should take it as given though that you aren't getting your security deposit back.
