Unfortunately I can't give details due to pending litigation, but suffice it to say that this management company is horrible. Specifically manager Teri Berwick and manager / owner Brett Thomas ("BT" Properties). They even anger their own employees who have told me that they are doing unscrupulous things-- something I already know.

This company manages (or mismanages) numerous apartment buildings in Mountain View CA (home of Google headquarters, NASA, and much more). Their office is located at Castro Street and El Camino. 800 West El Camino #180. (650) 903-2211.

Do not rent from them. They are not to be trusted. They will screw you.

If you are an owner, do not hire them. They will create liability for you. I am in litigation with them, which means I could be in litigation with you.
