College Town Tempe Trashy, Pest Problem, Cockroaches, Unprofessional Tempe, Arizona

Unprofessional, Not Sanitary, and Unreasonable. I had a 6 month lease, which ended at the beginning of January 2012. Over this 6months, we have had constant problems with the management. First off, the cockroaches, you wont see them for about a month, then they are EVERYWHERE. No matter how much you clean or spray (which they will NOT do). Then the noise control, they recently upgraded their pool area and added an amazing sound system which is good, until its 5am every single day and the party hasnt stopped. So unless your day doesnt involve waking up to go to work or school, you pretty much hate it.

Ask the management to fix or do anything, they will be quick to say "I will have that taken care of right away" and will never do it, so I would be prepared to be writing a lot of notices so they have a 72hour max. period to get it done. I am still waiting for them to even look at my apartment regarding my deposit after leaving several voicemails, emails, and talking to several people "who can not do anything like that and will give the message to the person who can when they come in ________."

OH! And the internet they include, pretty sweet, too bad ours never worked longer than 20 mins at a time (and yes we had a router more than capable of running it). So unless you want to pay 900$ (this is a 1 bedroom) for these problems, I would NEVER recommend this dive, but hey they do have a nice pool, but Im sure you can find plenty of places willing to let you use their pool at a less expense. By the way, I live in North Scottsdale now and pay less for 200 more sq. feet, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and NO BUGS
