FRED LEEDS PROPERTIES possible attempted Real Estate Fraud Los Angeles California

On July 15, 2009, in the morning; an anonymous person left a flier from a Fred Leeds Properties,on my door.
It is addressed to all occupants of apts A,B,C,D.
it informs us of Leeds new ownership.
It instructs occupant to forward rent to the aforementioned LosAngeles address.
It lists Debra Guerrero As Residential Portfolio Manager.

It is understood by all occupants that this property on 209 Judson street, Redlands,CA 92374; is forclosed. The owner, Kenneth Landry, 909-9805184, returned our July '09 rent checks, along with a letter that states that OCWEN MANAGEMENT, aka, Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, of 1661 West Palm Beach, Florida 33409-6488, is the new owner, and that we should not mail any rent to them!Dias

I have been calling incessantly to Ocwen at, 1-800-280-3863 ext 65634, to speak with Mr. Clifton Dias, who is supposed to have control of this property and its management.
Mr. Dias is never available, and never returns our calls.
I have spoken with a Mr. Shashank, Manager, who also is as alusive as Mr. Dias.

It seems to me that the mystery owner, whomever that is, is stalling for time, allowing time to expire, with the intentions of eventually evicting those of us who refuse to receive the cash for keys that have repeatedly and continue to be offered by the Realtor Mr. Prem Shah, who
is a Pacific Gold Real Estate Svcs. rep; cell 909 815 4364.
i am disabled, on section 8, and feel that my rights as well as other tenants rights have been victimized by deception, fraud, misrepresentation of the facts by unscrupulous agents and agencies that have run business in an illegal fashion, while causing extreme financial, mental, physical hardship to innocent consumers. Will you please help?
