I rented from Larry Hacker for 3 years and left his condo in excellent condition when i moved out. He refused to return my security deposit due too a 20 year old stove that had a crack in it, which was there when I moved in and simply grew over 3 years of use.

I took him to court 2 times with pictures and witnessess and won both cases for double the security totaling $1,900+ which he refuses to pay even after court order.

Be careful with Larry Hacker, he comes on as a good guy but then does soemthing like this. Hopefully his current tenants read this.

He resides in Florida but his rental was in his home state of New Jersey.
