Do not EVER rent from or work for Lobos Management! I worked at Waldorf Park Apartments on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh North Hills, and I'm going to tell you the story of this company's reputation....
Lobos Management is talked about by so many former employees that it's a miracle that they could even find one employee in Pittsburgh to ever work for them.

I heard stories immediately upon taking employment with this company. The biggest story was that there's an employee named Cheri in Bellevue that manages several apartment buildings for them. Cheri is scared to death of losing her job, so she invests her own money, uses her credit cards to maintain the Sobol's properties!! Do you believe this?

After a few months I realized they expected the same thing from me!! They wanted me to put up my credit cards for hundreds/thousands of dollars so they could possibly reimburse me four or five months later, while they use all their rental income to live their jewish lifestyles in squirrel hill! This is disgusting and lowlife behavior.

Not only do these people d**k off all their employees, they scream profanities at them all day long. If you are not willing to break every law in Pennsylvania that has to do with real estate laws, then don't work for them, because in case you didn't know this....in the end you will be held responsible, and they will skate! The laws they are telling you to break will eventually come down on you as the manager or co-manager.

If you are a licensed real estate person, you have everything to lose with these people because you will never achieve professionalism or anything else that you are hoping to achieve. They are scumbags that present themselves as professionals, but if you look close and listen to what they tell you, you'll realize these people have one thing in mind, and one thing only....DECEIPT, LIES, ROBBERY....everything they do is bogus and illegal, they even turn in bogus insurance claims all the time.

They d**k off their employees who get hurt on the job with their workmen's comp, they lie and delay everything so you can't get help. These people are the worst lowlifes I've ever seen in Pittsburgh!
They never, ever return a security deposit to a tenant, NEVER! They will cheat you out of it no matter what it takes. Unless you hire an attorney to go up against Ron and Lori Sobol (who are both attorneys), you will not win. And by the way, both of these Sobols should have their law licenses REVOKED!!!

They will not care if your ceiling caves in, leaks or whatever, they will never fix anything the right way, only some shoddy way that is half-a**.
Illegal Aliens live all over the property, apartments are rented by one illegal, then taken over by ten or fifteen other illegals who move in after midnight, roaches, filth and scum
