Magnolia Terrace Apartments Robin Johnson (manager) Our mistake was trusting them. Now we are paying for it in horrible ways! Seattle, Washington

We had little time to find a new apartment just before moving into our current home. I am very sick. The manager knew all of that and told us everything we needed to hear. She said the place is quiet, respectful and so many more good things. It was all a lie.
After moving in, things fell apart quickly. The maintenance man started harassing us to the point where he's scared my girlfriend more than once and sent some ugly messages. That's when the manager told us he has some real problems and apologized for him, saying he never would.
The upstairs neighbor is very loud during the night and has claimed we harass her because we've respectfully reported it. She has had 2 unreported roommates but the manager won't check. 4 different apartments have people in them who are all friends. They constantly try to provoke us with childish behavior. They've been spreading nasty lies about us around the neighborhood.
We've been breathing smoke the whole time we've lived here, took management 8 months to do something about it with the first downstairs tenant.
The manager has left ugly notes and voice messages for us. Now she is threatening eviction and has taken steps to make sure we could not pay rent this month, even though we kept trying and have never even been late in the 17 months we've been here.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have documentation and other proof. If they get their way, we will be homeless very soon. I'm very sick and if I don't get some rest quickly I won't be around much longer. These people have made our lives a living hell!

Things fell apart quickly after you moved in, yet you have been there for 17 months? Just how long is your lease? Because unless you signed a 2 year lease you should have moved then instead of renewing.
As for the rest of your comments you seem like the typical "busy body" who likes to stick their nose where it does not belong and think the world revolves around them. After all how in the world do you know that the tenants above you have 2 unreported roommates?
You may want to look in the mirror to see what the real problem is. After all if the neighbors, maintenance, and management are all out to get you..perhaps there is some reason why they should.
Also how exactly is the management making it so you can't pay your rent?

Obviously the comment above was made by either management or maintenance here at Magnolia Terrace.
Yes, some people here want us to leave. That's been made very clear through consistent harassment, lies, threats and increasing noise.
A week or two after we moved in we realized one of the many claims was not true, "This place is very quiet because of cement floors.", "Everyone here is professional and understands the need for rest.". and "You shouldn't have trouble but if you do let us know and we will take care of it.".
We figured out quickly that the reason we were not sleeping well or having peaceful days was because of unreasonable noise from those neighbors who "understand...". Once we respectfully spoke up about that and another neighbor making our place smell like cigarette smoke all [you know what] broke loose.
Since then we've had blow after blow. When we've called management for help it usually ends in some form of "There's nothing we can do" or "I don't believe that's happening.".
Among many other false claims to get us in, "There's almost never an opening because people rarely leave". There has been a ton of turnover since even before we got into this mess.
