Are you tired of the crime in the park Murder, Drunkard Brawls in the streets, Home Inavsions, Severe Beating of a Woman, Theft of property from Tenants?
Are you tired of having to drive to the back and walk through water and mud to dump your trash?
Are you tired of not being able to post on the Public Bulletin boards before having to get permission from the Office Manager? What about your freedom of speach?
Are you tired of all the new surveillance cameras watching your every move, like you might do something wrong?
Well these are just a few things I would like to ask you, now if you are fed up, sick and tired of all these humiliating things, YOU need to stand up and voice your opinion NOW!!!

I would strongly suggest if anyone is planing to come to Corpus Christi, Texas for the winter as many Snowbirds do each and every year,There are many fine R/V parks in our area to choose from. Remember Marina Village M/H & R/V park is located at 229 Naval Air Station Dr. just two blocks from the south gate of the Navy Base and Corpus Christi Army Depot, This is a Navy flight training school and the low level flight path is directely over Marina Village Park,and they fly all day almost every day, Those F-16 fighters are really loud and make my windows shake, so don't come to get your restfull sleep.

This Park was owned By Mr.Heinz and his Wife, on his passing it was given to the Peopels Baptist Church of Corpus Christi,,, OH! if Mr.Heinz only could see how the church is running it he suerly turn over in his grave and cry his eyes out. Check out review # 825837 also,,Happy Camping !

 Well the old saying is true; You can run but you cant hide. Peoples Baptist Church has closed down it's old site but we found out where they are at,www.pbc.communityspice.com/content/ And if you notice they have changed their rules again on page five. And here is the Review #'s 794788/ 764763 / 825837, for another report found by a good friend, Telling all about the Pastor ,his Wife and Children and the way he runs the PBC. It seams that these three reports were written by three different people explaining the problems with this pastor.
He runs the Marina Village MH/RV park the same horrible way he runs the church because he has the same people working at the church and he has split the church now with a body of only 15 to 20 people plus the Men and Women in the so called City Of Refuge - Lighthouse.

Well, Well, Well The peoples Baptist Church in Corpus Christ, TX is the owner of Marina Village MH/RV Park. They have now hired the head of the parks tenants steering committee, Mrs.Lory Flight, of course this is a conflict of interest to the renters but like they say here,,,if you don't like it ,then leave. The Flights have had dealings with the park for some years,,like the purchase of the double wide in the back of the park sitting on four lots, I wonder how much rent they pay and how they swopped there trailer in the front sitting on lot #251 that the church now pays the tax on but there house in the back is now HO exempt , over 65. She looks over 65,,way over 65 but who know ??

if you are looking for a park to rent a lot DON"T COME HERE, they change the rules daily and apply them only to the people they don't like.

Oh yes the Maint Manager Wayne was given a drug urine test a couple weeks ago but all in a sudden he couldn't pe-pe well they let him go back to work, but almost everyone knows he is getting Prescription drugs from some old people here that don't know he is here in the first place because he was a suppose to be police chaplin but was busted somewhere up north for doing drugs and fired from the police deportment so now he is down here in Corpus working for the church and treating people really bad and mean. So now they have three mean people running Marina Village. Norma,,Lore,,Wayne. The park is going straight down the rain into a cesspool. And the Pastor ????? Edgar Crowger well he will have is day when it comes time to be Judged bf GOD. If someone could buy this park and run off all these church people ,that would be a blessing to 99.6% of the people here. I will up date later about the family that might have to move in about four months because they have custody of their 3 year old Grandson, and the pastor Edgar told them they have to move.What a big piece of camel dung he is
