Peter Panagakos landlord and owner of Dean Woods Place Apartment is a criminal, crook and a child molester he rents he's apartments to low income people, verbally assaults the tenats and if you don't pay in cash you will get evicted this way he could take advantage of them. Once he came into my apartment without my knowlegde and tried to molest my 12 year liltle girl, after my liltle girl told me about it, I went to speak to him and of course he wont admit it the very  next day I received an eviction notice stating i owe him rent but i have paid him in cash the whole time there. The maintenance man WAYNE is a white male with a criminal record and will go into your apartment when your not there. Do not rent from this place its run down and will never fix anything and this dirty old white man Peter Panagakos is mentally insane. Whoever wrote the above report about Mr. Panagakos is an idiot, a liar, and probably a freeloader. Tenants that don't pay rent and get evicted always have someone else to blame for their own lack of responsibility and ambition. I happen to know Mr. Panagakos, his wife and his beautiful family very well and am offended that evicted tenants can be so ignorant by trying to tarnish a good man's reputation with disgusting fabrications. Whoever wrote this should come forward with their identity so that a defamation claim can be made against you. Mr. Panagakos is an honorable, hard working man for whom I and many others have much respect. Deanwoods place is a great place to live.
