Polo Run Apartments Yolanda Morgan ,office manager, Discrimination, Racism, Theft Arlington, Texas

The mgmt is horrible, Yolanda is one rude, hateful, inconsiderate person. There have been many instances where I've attempted to put in a request for several things and she never put it in the system. Finally I got a hold of Joann and she's the only one that has any sense in the office. The rest of them are very rude and they dont care anything about the tenants.

  I've had way too many encounters with Yolanda to even go into to detail. She bads mouth people behind their back and thinks that because she's mexican she can go around speaking spanish and no one will understand her. I am puerto rican and heard her say some very derogatory things in spanish because she thought that I was african american. I have proof (recordings, witnesses). I've also heard her say things about Middle Easterns as well. 

  The woman above me said that she paid her rent with a check and little did she know someone was stealing her money from her account and had tried to make deposits in other countries that derived from the office. 
The parking sucks, the mgmt sucks and they arent going anywhere, it should be a crime to let them be employed here. By the end of this year there will be a full class action discrimination lawsuit against them.
