I don't care what raptis wife said. My mother didn't deal with her. She Is nothing but a cruel person just like her husband raptis. They probally have done this to other victims to sense then.
They burned us bad. This Is just as bad like how they are treating that man, who didn't put a dog on the leash.
But like he pointed out the other neighbors' never put, a dog on there leash. He even had video of other neighbors' not walking their dogs on the leash.
The crooked judge ruled In favor of the other side.
My mother has rented from landlords, In the past. We had never been treated this dirty.
Raptis & his wife & everyone involved betrayed us. My mother will never allow anyone to treat us this dirty again.

This site gives us consumers the right to speak out, but these business owners hate that. Well they shouldn't treat us wrong or try to take advantage of us.
People can accuse us of filing false complaints, or lying about the landlords or businesses all they feel like. But It will not keep us quiet.
They can threaten to get a lawyer or sue us consumers, mabye the landlords or businesses should clean up their act a little better. Before they treat us wrong!.
And these people who Is agaisnt me can piss off.
I have a right to tell raptis or any other business, who has done me wrong the way I feel.

Yes, Charles there WAS and IS a covenant for that neighborhood, and it has been posted on this site for all to see. Just because you didn't take the time to read it doesn't mean that it does not exist. They did NOT want you in their neighborhood, so the covenant was enforced. It's YOUR responsibility to check for covenants BEFORE you move in !! Don't try to put the responsibility on anyone else. That's the law, plain and simple. Live with it and take responsibility for your own shortcomings.

We don't have to rent from abusive scum landlords anymore, my mother has rented from landlords In the past & we have never been treated this badly anymore. People can call me a liar.

I just would like to update this report, raptis nor his wife got a lawyer against me for reporting the "Wrong" they did to us. I'm not scared to report the "TRUTH" & people can call me a scammer or a rip-off artist all they feel like.
My mother didn't rip-off raptis she entered into a agreement with him, she paid him a $4,000 deposit. The real truth is he wanted to steal her $4,000 & kick us out with no money to move on. Raptis turned into a real asshole after my mother gave him the money.
I don't care what a*holes say on this site. Raptis wanted to steal my mothers $4,000 deposit & he did not care if we didn't have any money to move with.
Why file a report here? Ripoff Report is a permanent record! Other complaint sites copy our content then remove reports for money.
