Rent in Colorado/ Vincent Palazzotto/Jordan Alvarez did a lease to purchase on the home above to myself and my partner for a one year term March 2009- March 2010. Once moved in we came to find out the home had no insulation and the sound problems were so bad we could hear our neighbors talking through the walls constantly. The house went under construction at the end of may to insulate the walls. This heavy construction knocking down all the walls in the stairwell and througout the house with Asbestas everywhere lasted 4 months. We refused to pay a note while the house was under construction due to the living conditions and they agreed to eat the payments until the construction was done. Once the construction was done we received a foreclosure/Eviction notice from the Bank and HOA about to weeks after moving back into the home. At this point in September we decided to start looking for another home to buy and informed Jordan Alvarez/Vincent Palazzotto we would be moving out and making payments to the courts whom took over the property. Vincent Palazzotto broke into the home and took all the blinds out of the house illegally. After coming home to empty windows I proceeded to call the Police department and reported a break in at the home. Since there were no witnesses the police said they could not arrest him. The courts granted us the right to stay in the home until the end of the lease in March however we decided to move into a new place in December. This company is using craigslist Fraudulently lease out homes that are in foreclosure and not pay their house note to the bank. This Report by Vincent Palazzotto is a complete Lie and we are now moving and losing a deposit as well due to these Crooks!
