Sabet Management HIGHLY poor business practices, steals money!!!! Boston Massachusetts

Alright guys,

when finding an APT. in Boston,

Avoid SABET management at all costs. My two years living under their management were extremely degrading. I did not realize this until after I left.

These guys CHEAT, lie, & steal.

Their quality does not match their price AT ALL. They stole my money, i payed rent one month then they claim they havn't gotten it, I get "court papers" and some weird "lawyer document" which I found out later were all fake, threatening to kick me out, #'s on docs were all fake, courthouse existed but when I called them they said they've never heard of SABET.

I eventually had to leave, I dropped out of school from grade issues, and sabet made it all so incredibly worse.

Their units are CRAP, dirt, dead rats, bugs, weak plumbing and when some old guy comes over to fix things everything gets worse...

I could not afford to defend myself for anything at all, I would atleast have to get a layer to take them to court, I didn't know what to do, and they purposly made things worse especially when they found out i had no money.

HORRIBLE CO. avoid newly boston-etts!
