St. Onge Management FRAUD, POOR, SLUMLORDS, BIGOTS, WHITE TRASH, WIFE BEATER Ellisville Missouri

For anyone looking for office space, AVOID at all cost St. Onge Management. The property manager, Charlie St. Onge, is a slumlord. I have personally been at their Ellisville location for over 12 years and Charlie is a slumlord. The building is completly empty. He is hurting a lot FINANCIALLY. He has less than 10 clients. He is so poor and cheap, he won't even supply his clients with a copier machine. The one currently up their is broken. His wife, Darlene, is a real piece of work. They can't avoid a real janitorial service so his wife does it.

Oh by the way, Charlie beats his wife. Come by the building, she always has her eyes bruised, arms, legs, etc.

Charlie doesn't maintain the building at all. The building is always dirty. There is never any water, coffee stocked.

Don't let the "$195" attract you. There is a reason it is so low. ITS A DUMP! Charlie is a terrible businessman. What property manager just leaves all the doors open to their offices and tells interested clients to go up their whenever they want? Real businesses like REGUS, AMG, etc. give tours of their office space and they come prepared. Charlie doesn't. Typical slumlords.

My only hope in writing this is to warn people before they get into a business relatonship with Charlie and St. Onge Management. If you are DESPERATE and have bad credit and can't get approved or can't afford Regus, then I would definitly recommend this place. But beware, your getting noting except cheap rent. The place isn't furnished. The conferance rooms that he brags about are a dump. Chairs don't even match. Their is no working copier. Fax machine doesn't work. Bathroom always smells.

Stay far away from this pace. Renters BEWARE!
