Tessa Hydes Property Management Stole Security Deposit Grand Cayman Cayman Islands

Tessa Hydes Prop Management has ripped me off when returning my security deposit. I rented me an apartment a year ago and I have already vacated and left the island and still waiting on them to return my deposit which i was told would be refunded. I keep have made several requests of them but they have ignored me. I hope this will wake them up and they will have the heart to send me the security deposit i placed with them to rent the apartment on Seven Mile. I am also worried that I have now left the country they are using this to ignore me because i am not physically there to chase them or to go to their office so they keep ignoring me. I want my deposit refunded immediately. I don't know who to turn to or to call to see how i can get this sorted out as i am too far away to find out who to contact.

If they are keeping my deposit for any damages i want them to provide of proof of what was damaged as there was no damage to the property when i left it except for the items that was told to them over a month before i left that needed fixing and they had not done so up to my departure. I kept the apartment clean and i paid to have a local cleaning service come two days before I departed to do a full cleaning of floors, windows, carpet and cupboards, bathrooms and all other rooms. The apartment was left in a much cleaner state than when i first received it. Tessa Hydes please refund my security deposit as i know that US$2500 is a lot of my money you keeping which i need right now as i am out of a job.

I feel i have been ripped off and i was happy to find this website which i hope will help me get my deposit refunded from Tessa Hydes.
