We've rented from these people, and had to move because of the condition of the home.
When we first moved in we addressed several things wrong with the house, and they assured us they would be fixed in a timely manner. For one, if we didnt pay on a bi-wkly basis, Gina would be at our door knocking for rent, however she was nowhere to be found when the roof was leaking, and soft spots in the mobile home became holes.
They stalked us constanlty driving by our home 9 plus times a day.

We had also recieved a visit form the WI dept of revenue just before we bought our home, and moved out, claiming we were to be paying them the rent instead of the stilens. Come to find out Tom owes the govnt over $400,000.00 from back taxes, and will be in foreclosure. DO NOT RENT from these people, we are out 600.00 for our security deposit, they are liars and crooks!
