1. Ms. Terri Atwater or Tuner used this death excuse at her jury trial for eviction, and she was ordered evicted by the jury and ordered to pay back rent.  Fact

2. Ms. Terri Atwater never paid the judgment we received on her from that eviction case. Fact.

3.  Ms. Terri Atwater has been in several eviction cases.  Fact.

4.  Ms. Terri Atwater was not truthful on her rental application.  Fact.

5.  Her statements of "these people are hostile unethical violent landlords that will lure you into renting their property at astronomical prices by taking advantage of vulnerable tenants knowing that they are just going to ripe them off by excalating their prices above fair market"  THIS IS FALSE. COMPLETE DEFAMATION. 

THIS NEVER HAPPENED.  WHAT HAPPENED WAS SHE FILLED OUT A RENTAL APPLICATION WITH FALSE INFORMATION, AND SIGNED A LEASE AGREEMENT AND IT APPEARED SHE HAD NO INTENTION ON ABIDING BY THE TERMS OF THE LEASE BY PAYING HER RENTAL AMOUNT PER THE AGREEMENT.  UPON FILING AN EVICTION AND ACTUALLY HAVING TO TRY THE CASE TO A JURY, SIX MEMBERS OF THE JURY AGREED WITH US.  UPON FURTHER RESEARCH, WE REALIZED THAT THIS PERSON HAD SEVERAL EVICTIONS CASES IN HER PAST. 

6.  This poster uses a bunch of adjectives to describe us but does not mention any facts of what actually transpired except that a death arose when she was renting.
