Beware of Brad L Wall (registered sex offender) concrete construction in League City - Houston Texas TX

Well, it's been 2 years almost and we still haven't been paid for the concrete we delivered to this concrete contractors jobsite, Brad Wall and Molly Wall ordered us to deliver a truck load of ready mix concrete to their jobsite in League City. When we arrived onsite the crew was there but Brad Wall was no where to be found. The Foreman said that Brad Wall would not answer his phone and that the concrete crew had not been paid either from the last job. The foreman called Brad Walls Wife, Molly Wall and she said she was getting her nails done and would be there in a half hour so reluctantly I went ahead and poured out the ready mix concrete because it was getting hot. Well, an hour goes by and the concrete contractor Brad Wall Concrete Contractors still hadn't shown up to pay. While I was waiting a landscaping company showed up and said that Brad Wall hadn't paid them either for landscaping they had done in the yard. The concrete crew also said they hadn't been paid by Brad Wall and got into a heated argument with Brad Walls secretary Molly. Well after we all waited for almost 2 hours I left after the concrete crew walked off the job and still Brad Wall or his wife/secretary had not shown up as promised.
It has been almost 2 years and we still have not been paid by brad wall concrete construction. Brad Wall indicated that he "used to work at NASA" and that he always pays his bills" but that's not what his own crew said and thats not what the landscape company said either that he ripped off..
