Earth Friendly Dirt and Mulch, Humble Texas Maybe EARTH Friendly...but not USER Friendly! Internet

Earth Friendly Dirt and Mulch has recognized the problem with the words hand picked on their price list. This policy was created to make people more easy on the purchase of small amounts of stone. We realize the phrase hand picked is incorrect and have changed our wording to "less than full pallet". Also a "hand picking" section comprised of 45 pallets of different material is available in the front of the building to be picked through. We created this section to maintain the order of the other pallets. We also realize we may not have the material you  need in the pick through section. Are policy no w states that if you want a material that is unavailable in our picking section you must buy the stone in layers from the top down at 2 cents per pound extra. Many places that sell stones and other landscape supplies do not allow picking through pallets just buying by layers only. Earth Friendly Dirt and Mulch is not the only company that sells stone in Houston. We believe we are fair and competitive with many stores. You cannot beat our quality for our price especially when we have some many different types of stone in one place for anyone to have a one stop shop. Needless to say for everyone's benefit we have changed the price list, created a section just for handpicking, and created a policy for rocks that may not be in the section designated.

In response to your complaint about Earth Friendly, I believe you must have spoken to someonelse and not to Rick THE owner whom is very NICE, easy to talk to and a very  helpfull owner.  I myself have been to Earth Friendly many times and Rick has walked the rock area with my wife and I and explained that if you want to personally pick out your rock there was an additional charge added to the cost of the rock. So I believe that your complaint is unfair.  And why would you drive anywhere to buy rock when everyones prices are about the same....??  You wasted your time and gas and probably drove past 50 other rock companies....Your complaint again is unfair!
