ESTRADA DESIGN / BUILD INC Stephen Estrada Does Not Finish his work; A two month job that takes nearly two years to complete. MILLERSVILLE Maryland

This has been an ongoing issue with having the landscaper complete the project. The project should have taken 2 months is now almost 2 years and still has a way to go. The owner, Steve Estrada shields himself from the customer and will not communicate. We want this project finished as soon as possible. He left construction debris in our yard for two months and had to call him and email him repeatedly to pick it up. He finally did so. He has our money and needs to complete the project or give us out money back and we will have someone else complete the project.

Steve Estrada of Estrada Design/Build promised that a crew would be at our house to complete the process between June 27th and June 30th as indicated below. He never showed and no one called. Again in typical pattern he has made promises and does not fulfill them. We have paid for most of the final work to be completed.

At this point with all the chances he has been given, we want restitution of $50,000 to complete the process of correcting errors, such as improper flow of storm water, gate no latching correctly, sunken space in the patio, missing pieces of the fence, missing railing on the deck that is an extreme safety hazard (considering we have two young children), the stairs are ½ way completed and not secured, built in grill is still waiting for installation, fire pit has not even been started and we are well into the second summer since this project begun, etc.
