BUYER BEWARE –
We hired Franklin of Padilla Landscape & Construction in NJ, 20 Main Street Hackettstown, NJ 07840 Cell- (973) 876-1117, Office/Home – (908) 269-8716) to install red stone pavers for our front walk.  We selected the pavers with them, which were red/brick color to match our red/brick house, but long story short, when they finished the job and it was a light pink/whitish color.  Prior to our final payment, we told him the color was not correct.  Franklin assured us that this is what it looks like when it is newly installed and that the color would change in a few days.

We actually believe him because he seemed like a nice guy who had a quiet demeanor about him and so we proceeded to write out the final payment, thinking he would do right by his words.  A few weeks later, the color still looked the same as day one.  When it was dry out it looked light pink/whitish color but when it rained it looked perfect a nice red/brick color. 

We called a few weeks later to inform him that the color still looked the same as that first day and that there was no change in its color.  Franklin the owner proceeded to say that it would need more time for it to change color and that if it didn’t change within 3 month, he would come back to try to fix it or replace it if need be.

After 3 months or so, the color still did not change same as day one.  We called and left repeated messages for weeks with no replies, oh what a supprice, no return calls from him or his office. 

Long story short we are now stuck with this light/pink/whitish walk way which clashes horribly with the red/brick house..  Out the money and no recourse for repair.

BUYER BEWARE, these people clearly knew the messed up from the start and had no intention of doing anything  about it other then to lie so that they can buy time for the check to clear and now be nowhere to be found.  DO NOT Trust these FLY BY NIGHT individuals.
